The MTN online team is useless

I app**** for home internet and was called

Sold a line and was assured that there was no fair usage.

I failed varification and was told to send ID which i did and then no one called me.

Today i gad to reapply. A rude lady called me and told me that all MTN products has fair usage and refused to transfer me to fibre and refused for me to talak to manager

Now i do not know, according to her even fibre does have fair usage.

Now where i stand, does MTN have any product without fair usage?
