Usless store Clearwater and it's staff , don't even try

I am highly irritated with MTN , so in August I entered MTN Clearwater and a lady assisted me , she told me I'm approved for credit of 2750 but cannot get a device , fast forward we in Oct , I already paid Oct bill that's only due on the 1st of Nov cos I need a device. I contacted her and she doesn't respond , I asked another lady to assist in adding 3gb data to the sim as I only get R70 airtime , so now why the Fudge did u approve me for 2750 and now u telling me I must wait another 3months for a device. Like how can u tell me I can get a credit limit of 2750 but cannot give me a device. I need a blady phone. How will u fix my problem. mTN is usless , can't even motivate this ****. Like do u not want business. We cannot buy phones cash hence we come to you guys. I have had my mtn number all my life. I need answers
