WOULD GIVE ZERO! COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT IS UTTERLY USELESS! CAN'T DO THEIR JOB IN OVER 5 MONTHS, KEEPS LYING ABOUT "URGENCY" AND STILL CAUSING MY CREDIT SCORE TO BE AFFECTED. WELL DONE YOU BUNCH OF USELESS A$$HATS!
