Uselsss service from MTN

For the past 3 weeks i have been trying to get an upgrade of my contract since i am due for one however with trying almost 4 stores in jhb i cannot get a laptop as all stores are always out of stock or waiting for stock how is it the mtn does not have anything available nut walk into the oppositions store this morning and there was availability of a laptop..mtn has really lost its touch and this is absolutely ridiculous service when it comes to sales as well you guys can call usball the time to take out contracts yet when we ready to then there is no stock i am planning on cancelling all my contracts and my kids contracts and my wifes which is a total of 4 contracts of someone from.mtn does not contact me as a matter of absolute urgency with a solution to this problem mtn
