If I could give them ------00000 stars I would. Honestly why do we as customers have to climb mountains and go through such a long process just to get hold of a single soul that works at this company? WE PAY YOU FOR A SERVICE THAT YOU CANNOT EVEN PROVIDE. I just wanted to talk to a customer service rep to assign me to the right person to sort out why they charged me with over R9000 for 1 month when I have a rate of R1600 more or less that I pay normally in 1 month .You ask them for statements that they cannot provide you and when you dont want to pay because there is no proof of where that amount came from they want to blacklist me.
