Uselessness Personified

<p>Mtn is without a doubt the worst mobile subscriber that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have had issues with my contract for over a year with not a single person, both in store and in the call centre being able to help me. My contract has been expried for over a year now and now that I want to change to prepaid so that I can get away from this terrible company they still will not sort it out. I went to a store and told them to change it, great they said, it'll be done in the next 48hrs max. A week later it is still not done so I call, no we will do it now, give us another 48hrs. Oh look at that, 48hrs later and it's still not done. Call again, no give us 24hrs and it will definietly be done, it has been escallated to managment. Guess what, it's 24hrs on and still ****** all has happened. Does anyone at MTN actually do their job oro do they take pleasure in lying to their customers? </p>
