USELESS WITH FEEDBACK WHEN OVER BILLING
1) My contract was with Nashua Mobile, and 2014 they stopped and my contract went to MTN.
With upgrade, because it was a Nashua contract, I was liable to pay the old handset fee, until the previous one expired in July 2015. NO ONE TOLD ME THIS
2) After received a R750 bill in April for a R379 contract, I couldn't contact MTN because they were striking. The months after that my bill was still R520 p/m and not R379
3) Phonedin June 2015 and raised a query re the first bill. The guy said I am paying for two handsets and will escalate to billing dept. After NO response, I phoned back again as there was no feedback in the first time frame given.
4) Phoned on 6 July 2015 and spoke to a lady. She said MTN dubble billed the upgrade fee and the handset fee stays on because of Nashua. It was too late to credit my account in time for July 2015 d/order date and paid wrong amount.
5)Phoned 24/08/2015 - NO CREDIT WAS GIVEN AND I AM STILL PAYING FOR THE OLD HANDSET OF WHICH THE CONTRACT ENDED IN JULY 2015.

NOW THEY WILL ESCALATE THE QUERY ONCE MORE AND I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 5 DAYS AGAIN.

I WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, I WAS PUT THROUGH, HELD ON FOR 15MIN AND HE CUT ME OFF.

USELESS
