Useless , Waiting 3 months for an upgrade

Absolutely useless , sit hours on call holds only to be hung up on, websites are slow and have multiple dead links and pages, they have also brilliantly have thumb print verification in store which for some one like the elderly who have almost no prints is a massive problem. We have been trying to upgrade for three damn months now to no avail. Either their systems crash, staff have no clue whats going on or better yet nor does the accounting team as our remaining difference seems to skyrocket one day and be nothing the next ????? Mtn has become a joke at this point.
