USELESS USELESS USELESS

I have had it up to my eye***** with this company!!! There is no way to contact and speak to a person during lockdown!!!!! They take forever to answer their messages on facebook and when they finally tell you they "sorted out" your query after sitting with it for almost two months, it turns out they messed it up even more. They have taken thousands out of my account instead of crediting my account and when I want to get that money back, they refuse and say they will credit my account. They stuffed up and now I must suffer with less money in my account. MONEY THAT I NEED!!! For a mobile network that claims to care for their client they are pathetically inefficient!!!!!!!!! I am so so so so so so angry I could scream!!!!!!!!!!!! But the worst part about it is that they don't even respond to the complaints on this platform. They just don't care. Pathetic. As soon as I can, I will be getting out of this contract.
