Useless!! Useless!! Useless!!!!!!! After 2 10 min calls and 5 MTN 'champions' still not able to reset fathers online password. Link on website not working and NO HELP FROM ANYONE AT CALL CENTRE!!!!!!!!! "We'll call back." No. Apparently you won't. I am SO glad they're not my service provider.
