Useless, uncaring and disgusting
Absolutely useless. The entire company, MTN is useless. These people do not care about their clients. I got my SIM swap done with these people about 2 months ago. I got a new phone to use that SIM on it. MTN claim that they deactivate and reassign numbers after 90 days if the number is not in use. I used my number a few times during that window. It HAS NOT BEEN 90 days since my number was not used!!!! Today I discovered they had my number reassigned. I've had that number for 15 years and all of sudden because of a 40-60 days of inactivity they've decided to reassign it. This is disgusting! I regret everything MTN related! Shame on this entire company!

19 Oct 2025, 14:42 I also want to mention that I bought a new phone from them. I regret that now because I gave this company money. With my phone they gave me a new SIM card. And guess what??? That SIM card doesn't worked, I spent about an hour with one of their reps trying to get it to work, now I need to go in and get this fixed. I have not been this furious in a long time.
