Useless & Terrible Service

Terrible service, what more is there to say besides that they are just useless. They are all happy to assist with signing you up with a contract, but once the contract term comes to an end and you decide to cancel the contract... absolute silence. I have tried emailing them, calling them, and each time they say they will get in touch to sort it out, SILENCE.
