Useless Support Consultant and Poor Service

Hi bought a MTN simcard today to do a Sim Swap on and MTN number I used to have on Contract. The contract was terminated last year and I was put over to Prepaid. I started the SIM SWAP process and as expected the *173*3# option did work and I was forced to call the MTN Call Centre. I spoke to a guy who started asking me some security questions. 1st question was when last did I use the SIM card, to which I rep****...last year sometime (it's not lie I lost the SIM last week), 2nd question...which contract were you on...which I obviously could not remember and the consultant told me that I failed the security questions. I requested that he give me a list of the security questions in order for me to get all the information. Asked me to call 173 and select option 1 and then 2. THIS OPTION DOES NOT WORK. I tried to explain to him, but he insisted that I cal the number. SHOWED ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST IN HELPING ME. I asked to be transferred to his supervisor, and have been on hold for 31min and counting. I wish someone can help me do a sim swap or just help me get to another network so I can be done with MTN once and for all. USELESS CONSULTANTS and POOR Service
