Useless store

MTN Lakeside Mall store is useless, all their staff don’t know how to do eSIM. I went to the store 2 days in a row and they can only protect themselves saying system is down and is all lies. Second day I asked them how can you say system is offline before you check, they rep**** it’s been like this for a month and I told if I can go to the other store and find out is you who doesn’t want to help. And I went to MTN store at K90 Boksburg and they helped me. Best service for K90 store. MTN South Africa please train all the staff of Lakeside Mall for the services that you offer your customers.
