Hello insaafm,

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused. It was not our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.

We confirmed with our Legal Department that the arrears was paid in full but the lines were disconnected. Both lines were still in contract at the time the deactivation was done.

Right now the arrears has been paid in full, however our Legal Department confirms that if you want the lines to be reactivated, you will need to pay an early termination fee of R3798.00 and the lines will then be active on prepaid.

The account is currently in credit with an amount of R370.00. We have requested the credit to be allocated to your FNB banking account.

Once again we do apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Regards
Tim
