USELESS STAFF AT MTN CUSTOMER SERVICE

i have been struggling 2days straight to get an ITC number out of them and before that they the whole time put me through to 2 departments because the say my profile is still under contract then they say its under prepaid now i cant do sim swop because its still not done

i switch it over to prepaid last year already at festival mall kempton park and its still not right on the main systems
