Useless staff and processes

Your Sim swap process and questions are stupid to say the least and your so called service champions are even more useless i tried doing a sim swap as my phone got lost but I keep falling the dumb security question and this after I have the sim card for almost 2 years it's stupid and your staff is *********** all because I loaded data so long ago due to having a wifi and can't remember how much I loaded so long ago
