useless, *********** staff

I purchased 15 mtn and bought 100mb on my banking app, both purchases was successful but the number was never recharged. I called mtn the lady who I spoke to said I should wait 3 minutes, restart my phone I did that and nothing happened, I called back again the lady placed me on hold than she hung up. the 3rd call she went silent while I was still speaking to her.
