Useless service, what a waste of time

Did my upgrade online, thinking it'll be quicker than going instore and respecting social distancing etc.. Was sorely mistaken. Where I would've had my phone immediately I'm now on day 8 of putting in my upgrade and minimal contact has been made, no courier reference, no numbers to phone or follow up or track. The numbers I've dailed for MTN is of no help or they don't answer, phoned 3 DSV numbers, it just rings. What a useless service that is meant to be quick and efficient
