useless service provider

MTN is not a network to be trusted, been making calls for the past 2 days trying to get help with me changing airtime into minutes but nothing, all I am told is that they must be contacted by the contract owner which he also called, was told to switch cellphone for 10minutes then dial *141*2# nothing even today after 4 days of trying nothing. I am so frustrated with them, we are never renewing any contracts with them so *********** with no care in the world.
