Useless service once again

Once again nothing has changed. Been with MTN for ever and service is only getting worse. Upgrade time once again and same thing problem after problem. Been back to the store twice now and some problem on the system. Have to come back again as nobody can assist, everything is by email and logged calls. What a joke. The service from MTN is non existent as always. Must come back a third time. They know they have best network although not nearly first world. What an absolute useless company. They don’t care about the client.
