Useless service,no feedback for more than 3 months

MTN has left me with no choice but to resort to this type of forum. I've explored all avenues and tried to get this resolved but to no avail. <br> For roughly the past 4 months i have been battling with the MTN Active website when attempting to download my itemised billing statements to a csv file and this is having a financial impact on me as i'm unable to claim my cell phone bill from my company. I have phoned their call centre numerous times, I have emailed people and even lodged a complaint on the MTN website and people have promised to call me back and obviously they don't. I've been given different number to phone and still get pushed from pillar to post. I've tried to speak to supervisors and managers but i always get the standard response of \he or she is in a "MEETING\""\"" but i will get them to call you back!!! I'm still waiting 4 months later. Can someone who knows what is going on please assist as it is having a financial impact on me."""
