Useless Service: Network blocked phone

Absolutely pathetic! Purchased my wife a Samsung A12 and was promised that there will be no network block on the phone.

Two months later the phone is network blocked and MTN just keeps on redirecting me to have it unblocked. No success.

Useless service!
