USELESS SERVICE MTN

Before I wrote this review I went to the "read a review" tab and read some angry customer reviews. Only now do I realise how absolutely useless and *********** MTN is. What is mind boggling is how a business such as MTN can not only survive but thrive. I have a query with them and my e-mails have been escalated to umteenth people. Nobody comes back to me with an answer. Impossible to speak with a consultant. I am going to put them on terms that they do not honour there part of the agreement and then I am going to reverse the debit order every month. Hopefully they will issue summons against me. Then they will find out what are my strong points. Want advise? Stay away from MTN as far as possible. You cannot complain about their service there aint no service.
