Useless service MTN
I get a message yesterday explaining about and exclusive upgrade for me as seen here “Y'ello! Your 50GB promo deal is expiring soon. MTN's MEGA Deals is back for one last weekend #wegotu. Hurry and Upgrade to your exclusive MTN Made for Me M + 40GB WAS R1399 NOW R349 pm for 24months. Get a total inclusive value of: 1GB + 40GB (Anytime Promo Data) + 150 Min & 100SMS's monthly. Deal valid until 2nd Dec 2018. Get to an MTN store for this and other great deals. T&C's apply. I go in store as stated above, to the Randridge branch, they say they know nothing and can’t help I must phone 135, which I do they then tell me that they can’t do anything today I must phone back on Monday which is 3/12/18 the deal clearly expires 2/12/18, which I explain and she tells me there’s nothing she can do and hangs up on me... Mtn you are useless and pathetic... you give an offer that someone cannot even claim ??? #MTNISUSELESS
