Useless Service in fact no Service at all

Useless useless useless. I've never struggled with an MTN claim. The longest time would normally be a week. This thing of more than 2 months is ****. To date from 05 /05/2020 I am without a phone. I cannot wait till I get a new phone and just cancel this insurance with you. You lack customer service and urgency to attending matters. Your service is Pathetic Infact pathetic is and understand. You guys are messing around with us actually. You need to pull up your socks. You CANNOT have so many low ratings.
