USELESS SERVICE - HOW ARE YOU STILL TRADING

I ordered a new contract and number port from MTN on the 23rd of November. After a endless battle with their courier partner DSV, I received the handset on 05/12/2022. Upon delivery I noted that a new number was issued instead of my current number being ported. After numerous branch visits, phone calls, messenger chats 5 weeks later I am no closer to using a contract which I am being billed for. Ported Number is still not active on contract.

NO SERVICE AND THE SAME LAME EXCUSES OVER AND OVER!!!!
