Useless service from Nomfundo.

I phoned to make an arrangement regarding my payment of my account since my line has been suspended. Nomfundo refused to help me because I am a third party. Well, I have been given full authority on this account and i have been handling this account myself for the last 3 years, I even did the upgrade myself without the account holder being present.

I have the MTN pin which they use to identify me but still this lady refused to help me.
