Useless service from mtn
I am very irritated i needed to upgrade my contract so i called in about two weeks ago because i knew which package i wanted when i called in they told me that there is no such thing! My sister called in and she got the package how is that possible? Is it because of competence issues with the call center that they dont know what url offer? They are a financial service provider they advised me wrongly and they are not doing anything to help me!!! I used to say mtn was the best but unfortunately not anymore
