Useless service from every single department.

I took out a contract online and what was advertised was not delivered. I returned the device in order to have the contract cancelled and 4 months later I am still paying for this device and the MTN call centre and branches refuse to assist in cancelling. I have been calling for months, and all they can do is transfer you to the next department because they are too useless to assist. They have escalated this issue on numerous occasions and every single time nothing comes of it. Yet, they have no issues debiting your account every month.
