Useless service

I canceled my 1 phone account with MTN about 4/5 months ago and yet they still charged me no only what i originally was paying but more for 2 months! and have done nothing about crediting my account as promised, USELESS SERVICE. They are quick to take their payments each month but refuse to help when they have taken more money then what they were meant to have taken.
