Useless Service Champions

Good Day,

I had recharge issues and data disappearing. The so called service champion couldn’t see anything intern my query was never resolved. The damn service champion put me on hold till I hung up. How does a person load 1Gig with of data three days conservatively ??? These damn service champions don’t give a rats ass about customers or resolving their queries.... Can MTN reimburse me for the data disappeared?????
