Useless service

My mum made an application over 2 months ago for the 399 home router package.

To date she is told there's no stock. She is a pensioner and required a simple offering that will equip her with internet.

The application was done by my brother and she was told she will get a call when there is stock.

How the hell are we waiting 2 months . Mtn eastgate needs to catch a wake up. I want this resolved today.
