Useless service

The service from @MTNza is just appalling. No one is taking responsibility for a product that was ordered 3 weeks ago and up until today it is still not working and the call centre agents do nothing but take you from one rabbit hole to another! All this after they were hounding to make immediate and advanced payments for a product they were not prepared to provide! I am absolutely livid with their service!

Why am I doing your job and calling your external service providers when you should be following up and making sure that the order is complete!?
