Useless service and Feedback

I have been wiating for almost 2 months to get a account issue sorted out.<br> <br> I was promised that I would get a refund or credit on my account to the value of R411.99 and nothing has happened.<br> <br> I just received my new account and suprise suprise, no credit.<br> <br> I got a refernece number for the refeund together with the reference number of the minutes that was also not loaded when I did my upgrade but again no one in the entire MTN wants to assist me to solve this issue.<br> <br> I want this resolved and my refund processed before the end of the month so that the correct amount can be debited.<br> <br> If this is not resolved before the end of the month I will be taking further steps<br>
