Useless service, agents and support

I've been trying to cancel my useless MTN Business LTE deal because it barely works but have been struggling with these *********** people for 4 months. These agents obviously have no idea how to handle a business service, so are they hired to fill a quota. I've provided all documentation and when queried, they play the stupid card. Maybe they aren't playing
