useless service
ive been phoning for weeks get put on hold and cut off, tried emailing *** got told someone will come back to me still nothing. filled in the claim form on the website got told someone would conact me with ref still nothing. ive sent in change of handset forms over a year ago on the 28/3/2014 noone came back to say theyve received it and i have a fax report proof that it was received. this is the most useless company ive ever had to deal with. i hope people read this and do not sign up with MTN insurance, i cant even get thru to cancel this insurance that i have been paying for 4 years.
