Useless service

Useless I logged an inquiry in October still nothing has been sorted out you add things into my contract which I did not ask for and now you take over a month to sort it out. I have emailed on numerous occasions and nothing imagine how long it will take to get a refund or offset the balance from my next installment or can I just return the device and cancel if this is the service I'm going to receive.
