Useless service

Useless company. No client service. They just do what they want. Our phone is on contract they just migrated it to the lowest package but we must still pay the same amount. We have nothing now no airtime, little date. This is not fair. You sign a CONTRACT for 24 or 36 months and in this time aren't your surpose to pay and have the same package. But not with MTN they just change like they want in this period and believe me not only once but few times. As well you told you owe them money and then when you go instore to querry the store telks you there is a big *****up on the account and it is not correct. They took the wrong amounts from you bank. But now you at fault. I need to do a sim swap for my daugters phone was ******. It is nou 2 days we are struggeling to get it done. I am going to cancel with them for you can nkt trust such aan incompatent company.
