Useless service

You can only take so much. Incompetence rules supreme in this company. I did an upgrade on my cellphone on the 17th July 2022. Part of the promotion was a once of 20gig data promotion. Today is the 16th of August. I have not received it as yet. I have lost count of the number of times I have called the customer service and spoken to the service champions- they should rather change the word champion to something else. To date no one can assist me. If you do not phone to check on the progress of your problem, nobody phones you. Totally useless service. May be now I will get some feedback.
