Useless service

Every single month with mtn it’s the same thing with my account which for whatever reason they can’t seem to rectify I’ve gone to WhatsApp,Twitter,Facebook I’ve sent emails for assistance. Let alone the rude service agent their over all customers service is garbage I’m the past month alone I’ve spoke to probably 10 different who say the problem will be fixed after the call is done nothing happens. I’m all this their system is always down or there’s a lack of staff or there’s a network problem there isn’t a time where anything is just right I’m sick of them and they need to look at major changes when it comes to their customer experience because honestly it’s very very very poor at the moment. I mean if I am giving you my money every single month without fail why can’t I get the same consistency when it comes to their service.more than happy to take the money not so delighted to assist it’s clients what kind of business is that Useless I tell you complete trash!!!!!
