Useless service

Upgraded 2 contracts on exactly the same day, today is the day of the upgrade date and now the one device can be upgraded but the other device is only able to be upgraded next month because of their useless system couldn't process the contract on the same, it only could be processed a month later? And not they can do nothing about it, because "the system says so" ****ing useless!
