USELESS SALES DEPARTMENT

MTN is absolutely horrible!!! I app**** online for a new contract. I was phoned by a sales agent and I gave him all my information , including identification and banking details. When he started the credit vetting process he told me it is taking longer than usual because they are experiencing loadshedding and that he would phone me back within 30 minutes , it is now 3 days later and I have still not received a call back , I have sent emails to MTN sales complaining about this but have not received a response until now!
