Useless router and internet

I've had your home internet router for less than a month and it always has no internet. I've called multiple times, reached out to your social media teams and each time I'm told you are refreshing the line and it will work. Then after a couple of minutes it has no internet again. You keep telling me it's the tower and when I ask when it will be fixed then nobody can give me an answer. Please come fetch your useless router because it's not working. To the point where I can't even send a WhatsApp message? You've got to be kidding me!!! Even Telkom was better. I work from home so this is so useless. What am I paying for? Please come get your router and SIM and I'm done with you and this stupid service
