Useless retention team

I am not happy with MTN I went to Sandton to cancel my contract and paid a huge amount the same day now my numbers are blocked spoke to more than 5 consultants on the line am not sure if the *********** or what but they keep transferring me taking me from pillar to post advised Thimna from retention who told me she will not call the Sandton City branch in regards to my contract being cancelled by them also confirming that they can see the amount. I am so sick and tired of this useless service provider I want my numbers to be open so that I can port my number to a better service provider.
