Useless pathetic service on 135 number
It is impossible to speak to ANYONE at MTN. The stupid useless pathetic service offered with the 135 number is a bunch of prerecorded messages who forces you to use the self help service. I WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE TO SOLVE MY &%&^% PROBLEM!!! These *****s suspended my account while my account was paid. I have the proof that THESE *****S send me and still they suspend my account.

She is worth 10X the salary that MTN pays her! Thank you for your professional help.
The team who decided to create the 135 number have not done a proper analysis of the customers requirements. There is absolutly NO option to fix an account messed up by MTN. I gave a 1 out of 10 for the MTN 135 function and a 10 out of 10 to Alice van der Merwe who have to listen to frustrated customers and fix problem where the MTN system let them down.
