USELESS PATHETIC SERVICE AND *********** EMPLOYEES

I had to wait more than a month and a half to receive an upgrade of my contract. Unluckily for anyone using the MTN direct service, everybody there (except Josh) is totally *********** and really should be fired. There are millions of South Africans that need jobs and they will probably do a better job than anyone currently employed at MTN direct. I originally ordered an upgrade of my contract, with an LG G3 handset. I spoke to Yanga about this, and he processed the upgrade. I had provided my details with only one contact number and one address, but the phone never came. A week later I phoned MTN direct to ask what the progress is... it turns out that they had been trying to reach me on 2 numbers that I had not even supp**** them with. By this time, the handset had been sent back into circulation and was out of stock. The (just as useless manager, Kim Basson) assured me that the issue will be rectified and in the new month I would have more choice of handsets and that someone would get back to me, which is probably the biggest lie at mtn direct, because evidently, NOBODY EVER GETS BACK TO YOU. I have been told this lie about 7 times, and each time, nobody phoned me back. Every time I had to phne by myself to enquire what the progress of my order was. Yanga deserves to lose his job, along with his supervisor Kim, who serve no purpose in actually doing anything to resolve an issue that they caused. I had to continuously phone mtn about 10 to 15 times within the space of one and a half months to finally get a handset in my hand (Thanks to Josh) but with the wrong sim card, so I have a phone, but it is totally useless... like Yanga, and Kim. And it is apparent that, like our government, nobody at mtn can be held accountable for anything they do wrong. There is something wrong with the system if incompetence can go on in this manner without being punished to some level. I believe strongly in accountability and if you cannot do something right, give up and let somebody else do it for you... this goes to every person that I have spoken to at MTN direct since the beginning of my saga... Oh and let it be known that on Tuesday, when I received my handset, I phoned MTN telling them about the wrong sim card, and I was told that they will get Yanga to phone me to send the correct one... how naive of me to actually believe them. I should have known better. **** you YANGA AND KIM!! This is the last time I will deal with MTN, and let it be known that it is because of these people at MTN direct that you lost a customer, and anyone else I speak to, I will ensure that they know how bad the network service is
