USELESS PATHETIC MTN
mtn has a bunch of useless people working their that cannot give suitable answers, they have a delay from 2-24hours when it exceeds that time you hold on the customer care line for 40 minutes plus and the agents are clueless as to time frames and answers to give you? is this customer service? this is utter bull**** where a network doesn't give a damn **** about their users?
