useless overbilling after upgrade
I upgraded in December and my 5GB data bundle was wiped out...I was charged premium data rates for December and Jan 2015....over billed by R6000.....I told Hyde Park, who admitted and sent the ticket for attention....nothing has happened in 7 months......I contacted Morne De Lange and Sandra Barlcay our corporate execs for assistance at the beginning of April.....still yet to get a response.

The bills that are sent to me cannot be accessed as the site is always down.....Useless service and hopless client relations
