USELESS NOT ANSWERING THE F##CKING PHONES!!
My phone was ****** and i am trying to block the phone to get a reference and they just don't answer the phones!!! Firstly the phone just dropped after about ten minutes of holding (this happened a few times) and now been holding and listing to their ****py tone for 30 minuets. UTTERLY USELESS!!!
